Whether you’re returning to the stage after years away, exploring theatre for the first time, or refining existing skills, our classes are designed to help you grow in confidence, technique, and authenticity.
You’ll train alongside other passionate local artists in a space that is welcoming, encouraging, and artistically inspiring—while still holding high standards of professionalism and performance excellence.

Unlike large traditional programs, Footlight Actors Studio offers a more personalized and collaborative atmosphere. We believe in the power of small-group training where every actor receives direct feedback and the opportunity to engage deeply with the material. Our studio is built on the philosophy that professional-level training should be accessible and inclusive, fostering a network of local performers who support one another's creative journeys.
Summer adult acting classes are scheduled sporadically to accommodate a variety of schedules. The first class you attend is always free, and registration is required for all sessions. Each class is a stand-alone workshop, so you can sign up for just one or mix and match multiple dates that work for you.
